The University Records Management Program is responsible for providing consulation and training to university departments and units in the management of the records they create through the information lifecycle.
Records Management training materials and guidance on major topics of interest relating to the managing of University records. This would include but is not limited to Records Management File Plans, Imaging University Records, E-mail, Job Aids and training videos.
This section contains the Official University Record Retention Schedules which were approved by the Public Records Board for use campus wide and guidance on disposal of university records.
The URMAG is a broadly representative body tasked by the Provost’s Office to provide direction and support for the University Records Management program.
