Welcome to the 2018 UW-Madison Libraries’ Book Madness Tournament! Each year, we select 64 great books and pit them against each other in a bracket breakout. Download the full bracket here! Vote for your favorites to win each round and ultimately the 2018 UW Book Madness title.
This is the sixth year of UW Book Madness. This year, we took books from our 5 past tournaments that made it to the Sweet 16 but didn’t win, and seeded them based on how far they got in their tournament. All the books this year have won at least two rounds in the past, so there are going to be a lot of tough decisions!
Voting for your favorite books will start on Thursday!
Is there a bracket competition this year?
Unfortunately not this year. We ran out of time while picking the tournament format and didn’t have enough time to get information together for the competition.
