Self-Care Sundays, Finding Yourself in STEM
STEM majors can be isolating and hard to navigate. Finding Yourself in STEM is a student-led series to build community, practice self-care, and talk through how to succeed in STEM fields. Our afternoon events begin in September with “Self-Care Sundays” where you can meet BadgerSPILL representatives, practice yoga, make a button, or have fun painting to the soothing voice of Boss Ross. All events are free and open to all UW-Madison students.
