Graduate Support Series, Fall 2019
Have you attended a workshop from UW-Madison Libraries? If not, you could be missing out on important resources, tools, and funding for your research!
We invite you to browse the workshops site and to download and share the attached flyer. While selected workshops are hosted at Memorial and Steenbock Libraries, respectively, (and you may attend any that satisfy interest and schedule), a sampling of those to be offered at Steenbock include the following for the fall 2019:
- Making Your Presentations Memorable: Slide Design Tips for Research Presentations & Job Talks (Monday, September 23; 4:00-5:00 PM)
- Measuring the Impact of Your Research (Tuesday, October 15; 4:00-5:00 PM)
- Research and Writing Literature Reviews in the Sciences (Wednesday, October 30; noon-1:30 PM)
In addition to these, Steenbock Library will also be hosting a series of R Programming Workshops.
Registration is not required for workshops but is recommended. Follow the links from the workshop series site to access the registration forms. We look forward to working with you there.
