The 6th Annual Digital Salon is now accepting submissions from UW-Madison graduate and undergraduate students. To have your work considered, start by filling out this form.

Deadline for submission is December 10, 2014.

The Digital Salon brings together students, faculty, and staff to showcase artistic and research-based projects that take digital form or rely heavily on information technology in the production process. These projects are made available in an online collection and exemplars are displayed in a week-long exhibition. The collection and exhibition are organized and managed by UW-Madison Libraries and DesignLab.

Experimental videos, graphic novels and essays, websites, blogs, multimedia installations, posters, other new media work by UW-Madison graduate and undergraduate students are presented in the online collection, and offered as a resource for faculty and students looking for inspiration from their peers. Once a year, College Library’s Open Book Café features work from the past year’s submissions in a week-long exhibition. This year, the exhibition will run from April 12 – 18, 2015.
