2nd Annual Wisconsin Welcome Library Luau at Steenbock Library

Badgers are invited to the Wisconsin Welcome Library Luau on Sept. 5 at Steenbock Library. The free event will feature games, food, crafts and entertainment.

Plans for the  the second annual Wisconsin Welcome Library Luau are in full swing at Steenbock Library! The free event will run from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 5.

The island-themed party will feature games, refreshments, music, crafts, prizes, and photo booths. The back-to-school luau is part of the campus-wide Wisconsin Welcome, which invites new and returning students to explore the university.

Free food will be provided by Ian’s Pizza, Glass Nickel, Wings Over Madison, and Babcock Hall Dairy Store. Bellydancing UW and the Madison Flow Club will perform while WSUM-FM 91.7 student radio spins tunes. The Wonders of Physics will offer hands-on science activities. Resource tables will include Sex Out Loud, University Archives, and campus police.
