The iSchool Library makes every effort to support student organizations. Here are the services we provide to the iSchool student organizations:
Rooms in the iSchool Library including the Cat Lab, the computer lab, and the Seminar Room are available for the iSchool student organizations to reserve for events or group meetings. We also provide AV services upon request. See the instructions on how to reserve a room in the library, here.
We have some storage spaces that are dedicated for the iSchool student organizations to use in the library. To reserve storage space for your organization, please contact the iSchool Library.
The display board is updated every Monday and shows the events that will be happening at iSchool that week. Student orgs may inform front desk staff or email iSchool Library about an upcoming event (day, time, location) for the board.
There is space for student groups on the bulletin boards near the Bunge Room and microwave to post relevant information. This typically includes blurbs about what the group is, contact information for people interested in joining the group, and flyers for group events and meetings. If your group does not have a space and would like one, please contact the iSchool Library.
The iSchool Library is open and interested in collaborating with student groups. Let us know if you have an idea that you would like to talk about.
