Be the We at Helen C!

Celebrate Earth Day all week with the staff and students of Helen C. White Hall in conjunction with the We Conserve program at UW-Madison. Environmental improvements to College Library and other spaces in Helen C. White include:
- Building-wide energy audit
- Motion-sensitive lighting in College Library
- Duplex printing set as default in the InfoLab
- Computers set to sleep mode at shorter intervals
- Filtered water for filling re-usable bottles at first-floor water fountains
- New trash and recycling bins
- New mixed paper recycling option
Join us for a variety of events during the week to draw attention to ways we can all participate in making Helen C. White more green. These are just first steps. Let us know your ideas!
