Equity and Diversity Committee Strategic Plan

This 3-year strategic plan (2019-2022) provides a set of goals, objectives, and action items to UW-Madison Libraries leadership, the Libraries’ Equity and Diversity Committee (EDC), and all library staff.

It is intended to guide and prioritize the Libraries’ efforts in developing a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive library for both users and staff. It should be viewed as the foundation for a living road map for these efforts from 2019-2022, after which the strategic plan will be reassessed.

The EDC Committee is currently chaired by Ellen Jacks.
