Professor George L. Mosse (1918-1999) was one of the great teachers of his time. He taught generations of students at UW, and trained many of the most distinguished historians currently working in the field. This 2-day event features rare archival lectures given by Mosse in 1979 and 1982 and is moderated by Mosse Program Director, John Tortorice, and interviews with former Mosse students.
