Sign up to Donate Blood on July 31st at the UW Libraries Blood Drive

The 2013 annual UW Libraries Blood Drive will take place on Wednesday, July 31 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. in 116 Memorial Library. The date is fast approaching, and it’s time to sign up to donate blood! Walk-ins are welcome, but signing up to donate at a particular time between 9 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. makes the process go faster, and is highly recommended.
There are a couple ways to sign up:
- You can sign-up online HERE.
- You can also call the Red Cross to set up an appointment at 800-RED-CROSS (800-733-2767).
And don’t forget to encourage co-workers and student assistants to donate as well! Send an e-mail or tweet to get the word out. If you aren’t able to donate blood but still want to help, consider donating your time instead– click here sign up to work the blood drive.
