Request an Extended Day Pass

Please use this form to request an Extended Day Pass for Memorial Library, which provides extended access to collections, but no borrowing privileges. Extended Day Passes may be requested one or more times for up to 3 months in total per calendar year. If you need to check out materials or require longer access, we highly recommend getting a Community Borrowing Card.

You will receive an email when your card is ready for pick up. It may take up to 7 days to process requests.

Once you get your email notice, you will be able to pick up the card during the hours Memorial Library is open.
