Wireless Printing

Using PaperCut, you can set up your personal device to print from any release station in a campus library or InfoLab. PaperCut supports Windows devices, Mac laptops, iOS, and Android.

  • While on campus, set up your device to print to campus print queues (see below for instructions).
  • When ready to print, follow your standard steps for printing and select the appropriate print queue. (You must be on campus to print wirelessly.)
  • Go to the appropriate print release station, login with your NetID, and release your print job.

Install the PaperCut printing software

  • Download and run the Mobility Print installer for Mac.
  • When it is time to print, print like you normally do, but select your desired PaperCut printer queue.
  • If you see this pop-up, enter your NetID and password. (If you see “Hold for authentication” and the system doesn’t progress, you likely did not enter your NetID and password correctly. Click for detailed Hold For Authentication error troubleshooting.)

To Print from iOS

  • Click the Share button.
  • Scroll down and select Print.
  • Select your printer queue.
  • Enter your NetID and password and tap OK.
  • Unfortunately, other operating systems (such as ChromeOS or Linux) are not supported by this printing system at this time.
