Libraries provide safe, respectful environments dedicated to collaborative and individual research, study, and learning. Any actions to intimidate, hurt, divide, or otherwise inflict harm on our community will not be tolerated. In that spirit, the Libraries will continue to look for ways to eliminate undue hardships for the patrons who use our collections, services, and facilities.
If you have questions, comments, concerns, and/or suggestions for improvements in the library, please fill out the contact us form.
This form includes an invitation to share information about the culture or climate of the libraries. The content of this form goes to a trained team of library staff who refer any questions to the appropriate library unit to resolve and respond.
If you have experienced any hate or bias situations in the library, please also consider using the UW-Madison incident report form. More information about the Hate/Bias reporting process is available here along with locations on campus to report incidents in person.
