Loan Periods

  • All items are available for a 3 day loan.
  • Items cannot be renewed.
  • Slightly longer loan periods will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Pickup and Return

  • These items are available from the Help Desk. Let the person you speak with know that you are picking up or returning a reserve item.
  • It is important to be on time for your pickup and return appointments.
  • Call 263-9889 if you are running late.

Penalties

  • Patrons may be held responsible if any items are lost or damaged while under their care.
  • Overdue charges are $20/day.
  • Other recurring problems with these procedures may result in revocation of that patron’s privileges to check out these items.
  • Replacement costs for some equipment exceeds $1,500! Ensure that the equipment is well secured.
