Madison Print & Resist is a one-day show of printed matter, including posters, stickers, zines, journals, and books which will take place on Saturday, October 19. The roster of exhibitors is drawn from the world of experimental publishers, visual artists, artisanal bookmakers and printers, radical imprints, grassroots zine authors, and activist designers. The exhibitors hail from across Wisconsin and from around the United States. They include an array of subversively creative print media artists and publishers, including names such as Just Seeds and Xexoxial.
This exhibition is held in conjunction with the Wisconsin Book Festival and will run from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Open Book, Room 1250, of College Library. For more details, see their Facebook page or Web site.
