Book Madness at the UW-Madison Libraries

Love the NCAA basketball tourney, but wish it was just a little more … bookish? You’re in luck. The UW-Madison Libraries are hosting the first annual Book Madness Tournament.
A brutal selection process resulted in a collection of 64 books – 8 divisions with 8 books each – going head-to-head to determine our favorite book.
Vote for your favorites in each round. Total votes will determine which books move on.
The eight divisions are:

- Romance
- Mystery
- Contemporary Literature
- Non-Fiction

- One vote per person per pairing, please
- First round voting begins on Thursday, March 21.
- Voting for later rounds begins at approximately noon on these dates:
- Round 2: Saturday 3/23
- Round 3: Tuesday 3/26 (Sweet 16)
- Round 4: Saturday 3/30 (Elite 8)
- Round 5: Tuesday 4/2 (Final 4)
- Round 6: Sunday 4/7 (Championship)
