Keep calm with a massage! Students from TIBIA massage school will be available from 3-5pm, for five-minute chair massages. Also, color your stress away. Take a break, be creative, and learn about managing stress with tips from the UW student chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI-UW). 1st Floor Center.
