May 1, 2008

The Spring 2008 issue of Illumination: The Undergraduate Journal of Humanities is now available at the Information Desk at College Library. The journal features artwork by sixteen undergraduate artists including the provocative cover image by Ellen Siebers. A number of those artists currently have work featured on the walls of Open Book, Room 1250, in College Library. Also included in the issue are a number of literary efforts, both poetry and prose, and an essay by Adam Sitte entitled on “Mutaween: The Acceptablity of Religious Police and Moral Authority in Islamic Law.” This year’s editor-in-chief is Stephanie Krubsack.
