Work at the Kohler Art Library!

The Kohler Art Library is currently hiring graduate students for weekend and evening supervisor positions for the 2019-20 school year. Position duties include the supervision of undergraduate student workers, art reference and public services responsibilities, social media content development, and special projects as needed. Training is provided. Having a background or interest in art and/or libraries is helpful! You must be able to work weekends. The position is approximately 10 hours per week during the following shifts: Mon, Tue, Wed, or Thurs, from 5:00- 9:45 pm; Sat or Sun, from 11:00 am-4:45 pm. The pay rate is $11.00/hour.

The Art Library supports the visual research needs of artists, historians, and designers at UW-Madison with collections that include painting, drawing, architecture, sculpture, graphic arts, photography, decorative arts, fashion and textiles, and interior design. It also houses one of the largest public artists’ book collections in the country.
