Connecting Students with Course Materials Information Session

Connecting Students With Course Materials: Getting Help from the Libraries

On May 14, this information session was delivered via Blackboard.

This session is for instructors and staff supporting instructors in teaching remotely.

We cover how the libraries can help connect students with course materials including

  • purchasing access to ebooks,
  • finding content already available through library resources, freely available online, or through open licenses (Open Educational Resources),
  • helping digitize content, providing information on copyright and fair use.

Please note: Instructors delivering course content to students before July should fill out this Course Content Support Form as soon as possible. Libraries are sometimes able to purchase access to assigned materials, but soon will need to suspend purchasing in preparation for the new fiscal year.
