I am part of the Undergraduate Library Services unit at College Library. Through a variety of methods and initiatives, I connect with students and campus partners to understand user needs. I also serve as a key point of connection between library public service staff and the technologists and developers who design and maintain the Libraries’ websites and search interfaces.
