Timeline: Papers should be submitted to the PubDefense repository upon acceptance for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Full-text papers are available in digital form after a post-publication, 12-month embargo period.
Who Submits: Authors, associated PI’s, or third-parties, such as research administrators, compliance agents, etc.
What to Submit: Final peer-reviewed manuscripts accepted for publication. Final published documents may be submitted if author holds copyright (e.g., open access) or has permission.
Format: Wide range of formats acceptable
