Verona Shelving Facility

The UW-Madison Libraries are pleased to announce the official opening of the Verona Shelving Facility. After breaking ground in April 2013, the Shelving Facility opened on October 2014 when full-time staff began the intensive training process before the intake of materials began in November 2014. The Verona Shelving Facility will eventually hold over a million volumes.

We would like to thank those who made this facility a reality: The UW-Madison Provost, Paul DeLuca; UW-Madison Campus; UW-Madison General Library System; and our donors. Without their generous gifts, we would not have this state-of-the-art facility.
