Pandemic Response Communication

In the wake of the COVID pandemic, operations were rapidly shifting throughout the entirety of campus in ways they never had before. In response, the communications team needed to make sure they provided the most up-to-date and accurate information with regards to health and safety, service offerings, and language around communicating these changes to the general public.

This involved daily updates from Lisa Carter on the state of things, and frequent updates to a communications toolkit to be used throughout the Libraries. Additionally, the team needed to make sure that Libraries staff felt seen and heard and organized recurring town hall meetings for Lisa Carter to address staff concerns and answer staff questions.
