Bucky’s Butchery

In keeping with a winter season of feasting occasions, Bucky’s Butchery—your campus butcher shop–invites you to visit and to place your orders for its specialty products.  The retail shop is managed by staff and students from the Meat Science program within the Department of Animal Sciences. In addition to locally-sourced meat (beef, lamb and pork), the shop also offers a variety of smoked sausage, jerky and more.
