Hands On with Slow Food

Get a taste for Slow Food UW with its “Hands-On” Cookbook. The cookbook features articles, from members of the UW community, that examine food traditions and share recipes, tips and reflections for local provisioning, organic gardening, stocking your pantry, and hosting an event.

Slow Food UW is non-profit organization run by students and volunteers committed to an appreciation of healthy and sustainable foodways.
