The University of Wisconsin-Madison Libraries established the “Information Specialist Internship Program” (ISIP) to increase awareness of the role of information specialists in libraries, and to develop a diverse learning community that includes students from historically underrepresented groups.
The Information Specialist Internship Program (ISIP) provides second- and third-year undergraduates at the University of Wisconsin–Madison an experiential learning opportunity. It provides knowledge and hands-on experience in information and library services. More details about ISIP are available on the LWS.
Our Goals for ISIP Students
