Equipment to reserve

SLIS Faculty and students may reserve audiovisual equipment for class or research use. Our audiovisual equipment are not intended to circulate publicly. They are not bar-coded.

Faculty members will be asked at the beginning of each semester to reserve any equipment that they expect to use on a regular basis. If a student reserves a piece of equipment for use in a class presentation, that reservation will be honored even if a faculty member decides at the last minute that he/she would like to use the equipment. We will, however, make every effort to locate additional equipment or work out a compromise that will provide everyone with needed equipment.

Please plan as far ahead as possible when requesting equipment, or when requesting production assistance.
