Blocked ID Login Problem

You may be blocked from logging in to access your Library Catalog account, to place requests, or search certain library licensed databases. Some reasons for a blocked account are:

  • An item you have checked out has been recalled by another patron and is overdue
  • You have more than five lost items on your record
  • Your ID has been blocked until the local address is updated
  • You have 250 or more items checked out
  • Your ID has expired
  • You did not enter in 11 digits
  • You may need to get a General Library System card
