Parallel Press author Doug Rosenberg (The International Journal of Screendance) will be present a talk titled “Jewish Identity and the Arts” at the Jewish Museum Milwaukee on Thursday, January 24th, at 11:00 AM.

Rosenberg is an award-winning visual artist and Founding Director of the Conney Project on Jewish Arts at the Mosse-Weinstein Center for Jewish Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

His talk will explore contemporary movements in Jewish art and thought amid trends in multiculturalism as well as Jewish identity in art and its depiction in various mediums. The event is free for Museum members and $5 for non-members.  Register here.
