All records sent to the University Archives must be packed in approved Records Center cartons. A standard Records Center box holds approximately one cubic foot of records and will accommodate both letter and legal files. Boxes can be ordered through ShopUW+. When ordering from ShopUW+, search “3191-BUNDLE” and order the Record Storage Carton 10″H x 15″L x 12″W. These are the only boxes approved for use at the University Archives.
