Upcoming Humanities Research Bridge talks

MADISON, Wis. – The Humanities Research Bridge hosts two talks next week in Memorial Library. The talks are open to UW students, faculty, and staff.

"Seeing Shakespeare and Sequences: Making Pictures to Learn From Things You Don't Want to Read" a talk on visualization of information in literary scholarship by Professor Michael Gleicher, Department of Computer Sciences, UW Madison.

Computation & Carbs Series: An Introductory series on digital humanities powered by the talent and interests of the UW community and comfort food. Monthly talks held Fridays at 1:00 in Memorial Library. April's talk: Text Encoding, Peter Gorman, Head, University of Wisconsin Digital Collections Center
