Single day lockers

Lockers for single-day use are available for patrons using The Graduate Room or Special Collections.

Long-term lockers

Lockers are available at no cost to UW–Madison faculty, staff, students, affiliates, and persons who have a current Community Borrowing Card. Lockers are available on Floors 1M, 2M, 3M, 4, 4M. To apply, fill out the online application form.

Locker keys will be assigned for an initial period of 24 months. The assignment may be renewed depending on availability. No more than three lockers will be assigned to any person. Lost and unreturned keys will be assessed a $10.00 non-refundable replacement fee. Failure to pay replacement charges may result in loss of the locker assignment, blocks on borrowing privileges and/or university record holds. For more detailed information please contact circulation@library.wisc.edu.
