Library Instruction Session Request Form
UW Madison classroom instructors may schedule a library instruction session for their undergraduate and graduate students, tailored to the course and the students' research topics. Library sessions can cover a range of print and electronic resources, as well as general research strategies. We recommend course instructors submit requests at least three weeks in advance of preferred dates to ensure the availability of library staff, access to an instruction room, and preparation of materials.
To request a library session customized for your course, complete all information on the form. Upon receipt of your request, a librarian will contact you to further discuss your class needs and to confirm the presentation time and location. Your request is not confirmed until you have received our reply, usually within three business days.
