Citing British Parliamentary Publications

There is no standard method of citing the Parliamentary Debates and Papers. The following resources, however, provide some guidelines on citing the Debates and Papers.

  • Provides general guidelines on how to cite documents issued by a variety of governments.
  • "Quick Citation Guide to Legislative/Parliamentary Sources" has a section on "Governments: Parliamentary Bodies (Canada and the United Kingdom)," with examples, on pages 28-34.
