Plant Description:
Water Lily is an aquatic perennial plant with several tuber-like branches. Large
circular leaves float on the water surface. White, sometimes pink, flowers appear
during the months of June-September. Flowers are very fragrant.
Remarks:
White Water-Lily is found in many lakes, ponds, and marshes throughout the state.
On cranberry marshes it may be found growing in reservoirs and flood canals.
