Plant Description:
Poison Ivy is a perennial, woody vine ranging in height from 6-36 inches. Three
shiny often finely toothed leaflets are a common distinguishing characteristic.
Flowers occur during the months of May-June. Fruit is white to green in appearance
and is arranged in clusters.
Remarks:
Poison Ivy can be found in wild areas (marshes and woods) adjacent to cranberry
marshes. In cranberry marshes it may be found along bed edges and center ditches.
It prefers moist soils. Poison Ivy is very poisonous to some people.
