Plant Description:
Field Bindweed is a perennial viny plant with large white or pink funnel shaped flowers. Leaves are triangular in shape (similar to arrowheads) and are about 1.5-2 inches in length. The root system may extend 20-30 feet below the soil surface. Flowering occurs during the months of June-August.

Remarks:
The plant can be found in many areas throughout the state. It prefers disturbed soils such as cultivated fields and waste places. Bindweed is very adaptable. It can be found growing in new plantings and areas void of vines in established beds.
