Potluck for many tastes

On May 21 1996, the cultural diversity working group held a "Potluck for Many tastes" to celebrate the end of the academic year. Many staff members and students came from both GLS and non-GLS libraries. They also contributed very delicious dishes. One idea that came up before the potluck was a recipe exchange. So, the committee decided to share the recipes in print and electronically. The following collection gives you the complete full-text menu of the potluck. Bon appetit!
