How can I check the status of a request?
There are several options for checking your request status when you are logged in to Library Express:
- The View My Requests section in Library Express allows you to check the status of your requests
- You can view all available articles under View Electronically Received Articles
- Requests that are still in processing are under View Outstanding Requests
- Cancelled requests are under View Cancelled Requests
- After you have returned your loan to Circulation or your PDF has been deleted, your request for information is stored under View Completed Requests
You can view the tracking/status of any request by clicking on the transaction number of the request within the view options listed above. Explanations of the statuses of your requests are also available from within Library Express.
