New Video Games

College Library has recently expanded it’s video game collection to include titles for Xbox One and PS4 systems. According to Kelli Hughes, who manages that collection, “We had several requests from students for games for their new systems. I worked with undergraduate student and avid gamer, Madeline Lucius, to identify which games to order.” New titles include such popular games as: Far Cry 4, Grand Theft Auto V, Alien: Isolation, Madden NFL 15, and Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Search the UW Madison Libraries catalog to view titles in the entire collection. Under “Advanced Search,” it is even possible to limit your search to a platform within a specific collection.

Video games can be checked out free-of-charge for fourteen days. And, if there’s a title you’d like to see added to the collection, just let as know.  As Kelli confirms, “We look forward to expanding our collections through student purchase requests.”
