Saved Searches

Save Search History (to rerun later)

  1. Click MY RESEARCH tab.
  2. Click CREATE A WEB PAGE.
  3. DOWNLOAD or EMAIL your search summary.

Use Saved Search History

  1. Open your email from Proquest or the saved downloaded file.
  2. Click on the desired search link.
  3. Proquest opens or prompts you to enter your NetID for remote access, then performs the search.

Email Alerts

  1. Click SET UP ALERT from the search results page.
  2. Fill in alert options and your email address. When selecting frequency of the updates, keep in mind only 50 results per update are allowed.
  3. Click SAVE.
  4. Click DONE.

Modify Email Alerts

  1. In the search alert email, you can DELETE THIS ALERT or RENEW an alert.

RefWorks and EndNote

Note: Direct importing of emailed alert results into Refworks is not available. Use cut and paste. For more information see RefWorks or Endnote help.

  1. When using Saved Search, click EXPORT from the results.
