Your 11 Digit UW ID number

  1. This is the number located on your UW ID card and includes the issue code. For patrons that carry the "blue card", the code is on the back of the card.
  2. You will need to enter your entire LAST name, including any spaces or dashes.
  3. Once entered, this remains active until you exit your browser or are logged out after 6 hours of inactivity.

Note: The E-Resource Gateway will log you out after 15 minutes of inactivity.

Current ID cards feature 10 digits. The 11th digit is the issue code. If you have not yet received your campus ID card but you have your 10 digit ID number, try a zero for the 11th digit.
